The front of each mug can be personalised with a name up to 12 characters. The reverse of both mugs can be personalised with a message over 4 lines, with up to 20 characters per line. All personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please avoid entering your text in block capitals, as this may make the personalisation difficult to read.
